Cyan Reporting System is a powerful reporting system which enables you to analyze any internet related traffic which was routed through Cyan Secure Web. Fifty standard report templates, allow you to quickly analyze any traffic and present your analysis in a popular file format like html or pdf.
are available to not only analyze specific connections or traffic amounts. A deeper analysis of your Organization's and User's internet behavior is possible:
- Blocked and allowed connections
- Categorized websites users visited in combination with Cyan Secure List
- Categorized websites which were blocked due to your internet policies and Cyan Secure List
- Applications which were either allowed or blocked
- Mime Types which were either allowed or blocked
Cyan Reporting System similar to Cyan Secure Web can be administrated with your preferred browser. In order to separate certain administrative tasks from simple reporting tasks, thus to allow specific users to either create reports or alter reports, Cyan Reporting System has an integrated user management system. Four specific user are defined:
Crucial information specific to a single user will not be available to all users who have access to Cyan Reporting System. Any delicate user specific information that is requested will have to be approved by the Observational User.
Cyan Secure Reporting can be installed on the same hardware solution were Cyan Secure Web has been implemented (A). A remote installation is also possible like shown in (B)
