Features Summary
• Tracking. Complete audit of printing. Records date, time, user, printer, document, color, duplex, page size, total pages and cost of each job.
• Control. Implement a print quota system for Users or User Groups based on a “per page” value per printer. Supports any currency. “Per page” values can be set based on page size, color or duplex. Delete or pause jobs when the quota is exceeded. Notify users when print balance is low or job denied.
• Reports and graphs. Generate reports based on printing by user or by printer. Use reports to charge-back departments for printing costs, or sort the data to spot gross offenders. Report data can be exported to almost any format including Word, Excel, CSV, text, DBF, XML, PDF, etc.

| Print Manager Plus is proud to use Crystal Reports viewing. We have over 25 detailed reports and graphs that can show all printing activity over your network. The reports are very robust and show details such as Username, Document Name, Printer/Plotter Name, Time Printed, Pages Printed, Color, B/W, Duplex, Cost, and Inches/Centimeter, etc…
The data Print Manager Plus generates can also be exported to many different file types like, Excel, Html, Xml, Rpt, etc. Whatever data is needed can be easily generated, exported or stored. And, because Print Manager Plus is live, the data is always current and up to the minute.

If you are currently under Print Manager Plus maintenance, we will make any report you need. | Print Accounting Functions |
Print Manager Plus takes print management to a new level with robust accounting functions. • Add a balance to a user. This balance is the users account or "Quota" As the user prints, the value for that printer is deducted from his or her balance.
• User Group Defaults allow you to add a balance to many users in a group at one time.
• Adjust the user's account balance without resetting the # of pages printed.
• Add more value (credit) to the balance of the account.
• Reset the pages printed to 0 without resetting the account balance.
• Automatically reset or increase balances by a specified amount for all users, a specific user or groups of users.
• Data and time scheduling can be used to reset users' quotas or to automatically add credits to quotas.
• Administrator can allow negative account balance.
• Handles any currency.• Each printer can be assigned a "cost per page" value. These values will be tracked as number of pages printed as well as total value of pages printed.
• Assign cost per page value by black and white vs. color.
• Assign cost per page value by duplex and page size.
• Set the per page value of each printer using fractions of a cent down to one tenth of a cent.
• Each plotter can be assigned a "cost per inch or centimeter" value. These values will be tracked as number of inches/centimeters printed as well as total value of inches/centimeters printed.
• Store Job History for each print job. This information will be picked up in your reports. The data stored is Username, Printer Name, Document Title, Date and Time Printed, # of Pages, # of Inches/Centimeters, Page Size, Color, Black and White, and Duplex.

| Messaging and End User Communications |
Print Manager Plus has many types of communication it can relay to the user who has printed a document. Permission Based Pop-Up Messages for Windows 95/98/NT/2000/ME/XP/2003.
• Pop-Up messaging when user exceeds a specified account threshold.
• Pop-Up messaging when user hits a specified account balance.
• Pop-Up messaging when user hits a specified restriction, such as # of pages per job, job size and file type, and color job.
• Pop-Up messaging when the user is not recognized as an authorized user in Active Directory.
• Uses winpopup on Windows 95/98.End User Inquiry Tool:This application based product is an application based End User Inquiry Tool. The Tool installs on the workstations that you would like users when they login, to be able to see what their account balance is and how many pages they have printed. When installed on the workstation it will only reside in the Program Trey in the bottom left hand corner. The User simply puts his/hers mouse over the icon to get their information.
The program has another dual purpose. It can be used to receive pop-up messages from the Print Manager Plus Service. This will only occur if the Microsoft Messenger Service on the Server and Workstation are turned off, if not Print Manager Plus will automatically use the Microsoft Messenger Service to send its pop-us.
The End User Inquiry Tool can be installed on as many workstations as the customer needs. The product is given at NO CHARGE.
