Server FeaturesDisaster Recovery
The disaster recovery option uses windows printer error notifications and looks for errors on the print queue. It also looks for printer manufacture error notifications to set off the disaster permission and notifications.

If the printer fails automatically move the print job to another printer. If the printer fails automatically copy the print job to another printer. If the printer fails automatically pause the print job. If the printer fails automatically delete the print job. If the printer fails notify users by pop-up message. If the printer fails notify Administrator by pop-up message.

Load Balancing
Load balancing can be done in many ways. Besides the two obvious ways of # of print jobs and print queue memory size, daisy chains of printers can be setup up and the jobs can be automatically moved between print queues. If the print queue has more than X number of print jobs move the print job to another printer. If the print queue has more than X number of print jobs copy the print job to another printer. If the print queue has more than X number of print jobs pause the print job.

This feature is very robust allowing a print queue to be setup and when one prints to this it will copy that print jobs to one or multiple print queues over an enterprise.
