Save-N-Sync Corporate is a powerful tool that allows users of desktops or laptops to synchronize their local files and folders with files on a remote machine, external hard drive, network server, or attached storage device. Save-N-Sync Corporate includes all the base features of Save-N-Sync Standard, but in a more robust, higher volume program.
Installed on the desktop or laptop, Save-N-Sync Corporate keeps a copy of your important files backed up and synchronized to a second storage device or PC.
Save-N-Sync Corporate is configured by selecting "Jobs". Jobs are source-target file backup/synchronization pairs. Save-N-Sync Corporate allows you to select up to 15 source/target folder selection jobs.
Save-N-Sync Corporate contains all the base features included in Save-N-Sync Standard, plus the following additional features:
- Replication with Exact Match:
Same as the "Standard Synchronization" feature in Save-N-Sync Standard, except that the files deleted from the source folder will also be deleted from the target folder.
- Event-Driven Real-Time Synchronization:
As a file is saved on the source PC a copy is immediately saved on the target PC or storage device.
- Daily-Timer:
This feature allows you to schedule file synchronizations to occur during specific times during the day or even days of the week.
- Interval Operation:
This feature allows you to schedule synchronization to occur at a pre-defined interval, for example every 10 minutes, every 60 minutes, etc.
- Unicode Support:
This allows you to synchronize files and folders containing Unicode characters (ex. Asian Characters, Symbols.).
- Variable Path Selection:
You can insert variables into the source or target path to create unique synchronizations. Usable Variables include Date, Day of the Week, Username, etc. (ex. 'c:\mybackups\y%' would replace 'y%' with the day of the week, such as 'Monday','Tuesday', etc.).
