Products Supplied by ENTERPRISE international
ENTERPRISE international provides first line support on products you have purchased directly through and that are covered with a current maintenance agreement. We will also provide support to assist you in evaluating software you have download from the ENTEPRISE international website. If we are unable to solve your problem directly we will escalate the issue to the appropriate vendor.

Products purchased from other suppliers
If you require support on products purchased from a different supplier or where maintenance has expired, we may be able to provide assistance on a chargeable basis.

If you require significant support and assistance in the configuration or deployment of a solution, our Professional Services Team possesses a broad range of technical and project management skils encompassing - in addition to the software products we supply - server, desktop  and network infrastructure skils, application packaging and deployment, and business continuity planning and implementation.
